By adding MARCONITE^® instead of sand and aggregate in a standard concrete mixture, a highly conductive concrete is formed. Used as a backfill material around the earth electrodes, it provides a conductive medium increasing the surface area of the electrode and ensuring a highly conductive path between the earth electrode and the surrounding ground. As it is concrete based, it cures and provides a permanent solution.
