Conductor holder for HVI light plus Conductor in hazardous areas

Operators of facilities with potentially explosive atmospheres are obliged to categorise these installations / parts of installations into different potentially explosive atmospheres. Lightning is to be considered a potential source of ignition for these installations. Due to national industrial safety regulations, an explosion protection document must be produced. The explosion protection document describes the various potentially explosive atmospheres.

The HVI light plus Conductor is a product suitable for use in the potentially explosive atmospheres Ex zone 1 (gases, vapours, mists) and Ex zone 21 (dusts). The special installation conditions safely prevent electric sparks to neighbouring metal parts when lightning current flows through the HVI light plus Conductor.
