TIP – Should you have problems with this program running it may
be due to the Macro security level within Excel being set very high.
To correct the problem go into Excel – Tools – Macro – Security
and set the security level to a lower level.
DEHNsupport Toolbox - Calculation aids
The DEHNsupport Toolbox offers a variety of calculation possibilities in the field of lightning protection and is based on the requirements of the EN, BS EN 62305-x* standard series. Using the appropriate EN, BS EN 62305-2 risk assessment software contains all of the country specific variations required to carry out the calculations. This software, which is available in different languages and which complies with the international standard, is a tool to help in the implementation of lightning and surge protection measures.
In order to provide the user with systematic support for applications DEHNsupport is subdivided into the following design tools:

Previous changes to the versions:
Version 2.041 (7-23-2010)- If you have performed risk analyses or if you have edited or selected already
existing calculations by using version 2.040, which was published on July 12, 2010,
they are incorrect.
In these calculations, risk components RA as well as RU (risk components for touch and
step voltage outside and inside the structure) have not been calculated.
To be able to undo these calculation errors, you have to install version 2.041 and edit your calculations once again. Instruction PDF [500 KB]
Please note: The error only occurs in analyses with created lightning protection zones/ zones.
Version 2.040 (7-12-2010)- Polish language was integrated and the lightning density map of Poland was added to the DEHN Risk Tool software; the country-specific standard PN-EN 62305 can now be selected as calculation basis.
- Russian language was integrated.
